All horses for sale have been kept current on coggins, shots, kept current on worming and farrier work. All are sold with a written bill of sale and/or contract.
We do offer short term payment plans with no interest added, but the horse can not leave our property until it's paid for in full, and the new owner is expected to pay for the monthly expenses while the horse remains boarded here. The agreed upon sales price is divided into equal monthly payments, board is 300.00 per month or 10.00 per day and is in addition to the sales price payment. Our board is all inclusive, it covers all the horse's basic requirements such as feed, hay, water, pasture turn out, a stall in bad weather, farrier trims, any dewormer or supplements as needed. Our payment plans have only been offered as a service to assist our customers, they are a privilege, not a right. Payment plans are not available on all horses and are subject to approval by Reddick Ranch. If you do not like our terms, we will always gladly accept cash for the full sales price. If you change your mind about purchasing, contact us as we will will try to work with you, but as per our contract, no refunds are given on payments or board.
