Sioux is a very classy and sweet 2002 AQHA mare with an awesome pedigree and great looks. No need to go off her papers to search for champions. Sioux, on her top side is an own daughter of The Clue Connection, AQHA Reserve World Champion, Superior Halter and ROM Halter and is a World Champion, Superior, ROM Champion producer in both halter and performance. She is a grand daughter of Obvious Conclusion, World Halter Champion and World Reserve World Champion sire by Conclusive, World Halter Champion and Champion producer. On her bottom side she is a grand daughter of Mighty Conclusive, Halter point earner, Superior Halter and ROM Halter producer also by Conclusive.
She is HYPP N/N, so no worries there. Sioux is currently 15.3 hands, 1100 lbs. She has great natural muscling, a very kind eye and pretty head with a nice neck that ties into a deep chest, great forearms and gaskins as well as having a very nice hip. Her temperament is one of the best, very willing and easy to handle or breed. Has a very regular cycle, heavy milker and is a great momma. She is sound in every way, she was never put under saddle, I did some round pen work with her, but used her for a broodmare so never really continued her training. She was saddled and lightly ridden only. She has a very nice smooth western jog that is die for. She had a bay tobiano filly this year by our APHA Black and White double homozygous stallion. We have had several very nice foals from this mare and are very pleased with exceptionally nice cross on this year's 2011 filly.
Unfortunately we lost this mare late 2011 and we were just heartbroken. Sioux will be greatly missed.
