This is our 1999 black tri male, ASCA registered as CRC Cody's War Buddy, Aka Buddy. He is my baby and knows it ! He is also my work mate, helping me with everything from herding the horses to helping me halter break the foals. Buddy is a large black tri colored male, about 80 lbs. He has a heart just as big as he is, he loves snuggling up on the couch with me, taking rides in the truck or just laying quietly at my feet. Buddy is very quiet , intelligent, gentle natured and always a gentleman. He also has my heart!! *** UPDATE***It is my saddest duty to let you all know that in December 2009 we had to put Buddy down after a brief but very aggressive cancer tumor developed in his chest. He fought hard to stay with us but to no avail, and I thought my life was over when we lost him. We have since spayed all our adult females. i did keep two of his daughters, I might decide to breed them later, maybe.
